James is a coach and speaker whose intention is to provide inspiration and support to facilitate positive change and growth for the individuals and companies he works with. Each week, James and his guests share thought-provoking content and practical tools to assist and maybe even inspire listeners to live their fullest, truest expression of themselves.

For James' podcast, we work fully remotely. James records each episode from the comfort of his home, uploads them to a shared drive and I then return the finished product to him ready for uploading and sharing on social media. This highly efficient workflow ensures a quality, professional podcast is produced whilst also facilitating freedom of creativity and an equitable work life balance.

Conor’s mission is to empower, inspire and motivate people across the world to overcome adversity and disease through personal development, plant based nutrition and exercise.
Conor wanted to streamline the production of his existing podcast, improve quality and reduce the workload involved to get his episodes online.
We improved the listening experience and created video content for social media while making the podcast easier for Conor to execute.
IANO Podcast
The IANO (Irish Association For Nurses in Oncology) is a non profit organisation created to support and educate nurses working in the field.
​
The IANO had an idea for an informational & educational series. Together, we decided on a podcast as the medium to deliver this series.
​
I created the sound, look and feel of the podcast and assisted on all aspects of production from running orders to music choices to upload to streaming services.
